Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the facilities organization at a location or campus, overseeing day-to-day operations, vendor management, and financial planning to maintain high standards of service and safety.

The role emphasizes tenant needs, environmental health and safety, and adherence to SLAs, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, reporting, and capital planning in a multi-building environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred.
• Experience with critical system environments desired.
• Experience in the development and implementation of programs to drive out cost inefficiencies preferred.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations of the facility(ies) or campus are implemented per C&W policies and client directives.
• Manage all contracts to ensure regular review and bids; verify invoices match pricing.
• Supervise all maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests; oversee contract programs to meet tenant and client needs.
• Prepare and review budgets, contracts, expenditures, and purchase orders for facilities.
• Coordinate annual budget preparation, quarterly forecast, and business plans.
