Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Frisco, TX is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the on-site facilities team for a campus of properties, ensuring safe, compliant, and well‑maintained environments. You will drive preventive maintenance, tenant coordination, and service contracts to meet client objectives around uptime and safety.

The role emphasizes data center–level attention to HVAC, electrical, and life-safety systems, budget planning, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in facilities management, building, business or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Experience with building management systems and contract language understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including custodial, life-safety, engineering, and site services.
• Manage contracts, bid processes, and ensure invoices align with pricing.
• Respond promptly to tenant needs and uphold SLA commitments.
• Maintain and file site documentation and reports per policy.
• Monitor uptime and availability to meet client SLAs.
• Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting and capital planning.
• Conduct incident reviews and RCA for critical events.
