Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for critical infrastructure operations and around-the-clock maintenance of a data center facility or campus.

You will focus on uptime, risk mitigation, and lifecycle planning for high-density cooling and power systems. The role requires leadership, budgeting, and collaboration with IT/network objectives to ensure zero-downtime outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years in critical environments or facilities management.
• Experience staffing, training, and retaining technical personnel.
• Ability to communicate sensitive incident information and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a facilities team and oversee 24/7/365 operations.
• Coordinate critical infrastructure maintenance with vendors and internal IT.
• Manage capital projects, budgets and variance reports.
• Mentor staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain client relationships regarding uptime and incidents.
