Job summary

cw in Frisco, TX seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities team across a campus of buildings. You will oversee day-to-day operations, custodial, life-safety, engineering and site services while aligning with cw policies and client directives, with emphasis on data center critical environments.

The role requires 3–5 years of facilities experience, an associate degree (Bachelor's preferred), CMMS experience, and strong financial management.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in facilities management, building, business or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in critical or industrial real estate with facility management.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM), IFMA, BOMA recommended; other related training a plus.
• Ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Building Management Systems helpful.
• Strong financial management including budgeting and forecasting; knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations of the facility(ies) or campus, including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and maintenance as per policy.
• Manage contracts; verify invoices align with pricing and supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions.
• Respond to tenant requests; oversee contract programs to address needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete site documentation and reports accurately and on time (Property Info Book, SOPs, logs, drawings, etc.).
• Ensure uptime, redundancy, and availability aligned to client SLAs.
• Coordinate annual budget, quarterly re-forecasts, and capital budgets for five-year plans.
• Collect, analyze and report data to assess facility management objectives.
• Lead incident response, RCA, and after-action reviews for critical events.
• Provide operational oversight of HVAC and critical infrastructure (HVAC, BMS).
• Perform other related duties as required.
