Job summary

Salute is seeking a highly experienced Critical Facility Manager to oversee data center operations in our Royse City, Texas site. The role requires leadership of operations teams, coordination with CFEs, and management of preventative and break-fix maintenance for critical systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in data center facilities, strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems, and the ability to drive improvements while maintaining 100% uptime and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in data center operations/maintenance preferred.
Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and control systems.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate critical facility operations ensuring 100% uptime.
Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, and emergency response for data center systems.
Develop and enforce SOPs, Playbooks, and safety policies across site personnel and contractors.
Manage on-site vendor performance and adherence to company Playbooks and EH&S policies.
Track KPI metrics and report to Site Director; drive improvements in facility operations.
