Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities organization for a campus or portfolio, ensuring well‑maintained buildings and responsive tenant service.

The role emphasizes critical environments, safety, and compliance across electrical, mechanical, and life‑safety systems, with budget planning and data analysis responsibilities. Strong leadership and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Experience in facility management, including maintenance, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management.
• CFM/IFMA/BOMA certifications are desirable; other engineering or technical training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities or campus, ensuring alignment with policies and client directives.
• Manage contracts, review invoices, and supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions and appearance.
• Respond promptly to tenant needs and coordinate contract programs to meet SLA targets.
• Ensure site documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time (e.g., manuals, logs, contracts, annual conditions).
• Support uptime, redundancy, and availability aligning with client SLAs.
