Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Irvine, CA seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities organization for a campus of buildings. You will oversee day-to-day operations, vendor management, and safety programs in alignment with client goals to ensure well-maintained spaces and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5–7 years of high-rise or campus experience, CMMS familiarity, and strong financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in facilities management or related field.
• 5–7 years of commercial high-rise or campus property management experience required.
• Experience with contracts, budgeting and cost control preferred.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience desired; familiarity with BAS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day facility operations including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance.
• Manage contracts, review invoices, and ensure compliance with pricing and SLA.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions of properties.
• Respond to tenant requests and coordinate contract programs to meet tenant and client needs.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and purchase orders; manage annual budget and forecasts.
• Develop capital budgets and five-year maintenance/cost-reduction plans.
• Hire, train, and manage facility staff; conduct performance evaluations.
