Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial properties. Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and building finishes, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and reliable service.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and basic computing skills. Expect a fast-paced environment with potential shift work and on-site duties at assigned properties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; commercial license may be required.
• Basic computing skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Clean, lubricate, and service a wide variety of pumps, valves, and mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general carpentry or painting as needed.
• Respond to priority or emergency requests and ensure safety compliance.
