Sunrise Senior Living in Mount Vernon, NY is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community safe, clean, and well‑functioning for residents, families, and staff. You will complete assigned tasks and work orders, perform basic repairs, assist with painting and refurbishing, and support HVAC and mechanical system maintenance.

This role emphasizes preventative maintenance, safety checks, keeping tools and inventory organized, and following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Tasks include completing maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Performing basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures).
• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects.
• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.

Responsabilités

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders.
