Community Outreach Inc. is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to support multiple facilities, including the main building and annexes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in maintenance roles or background in carpentry or plumbing preferred.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response to repair requests for Community Outreach buildings and facilities.
• Coordinate volunteers or clients who are assisting with maintenance.
• Sit on the Community Outreach Safety Committee.
• Assure compliance with state and federal safety requirements, including working with the local fire department on safety checks and quarterly drills.
• Show initiative in determining agency maintenance priorities.
• Other duties as assigned.
