Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and complete routine repairs independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and property procedures.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods as needed.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas, maintenance storage, and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, damages, or urgent concerns promptly.
• Work collaboratively with property management and other team members to prioritize tasks.
