Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance or facility operations preferred.
• Knowledge of standard practices and tools in building/maintenance trades.

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment (plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical repair).
• Back-up for call person in case of emergency; respond promptly.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete required reports.
• Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment, alarms, extinguishers, and lighting.
