Job summary

Evergreen Life Services is seeking a part-time Maintenance technician to perform general repairs and maintenance of facilities. The role supports building interiors, exteriors, furniture, and systems, with responsibilities across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of relevant experience, and basic computer/data entry skills. It reports to the Chief of Staff and is non-exempt under FLSA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of computers for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Make general repairs to buildings, interiors, exteriors, furniture, fixtures, and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Make limited repairs to appliances, replace parts, and make adjustments.
• Move furniture and other items between locations.
• Perform monthly inspections and preventive maintenance on company vehicles and ensure maintenance and inspections are done routinely.
• Complete necessary maintenance documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain outside lawn and landscape areas as needed.
