Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Facilities Technician in Athens, GA to maintain and repair apartment buildings, perform preventive maintenance, prep units for turnover, and ensure safety and reliability of the property. You will respond to service requests, document work, and coordinate with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPO certification or intent to obtain within six months.
• Clear, effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of the property per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance/repairs and preventive tasks to keep units ready for turnover.
• Document work performed, materials used, and follow-up actions with signatures.
