Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Pool Operator certification or plan to obtain within six months.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures with a safety-conscious attitude and dependability.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property per SOPs and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to minimize liability and keep assets functional.
• Execute daily maintenance objectives and assignments.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in processing service requests and document work performed with notes for follow-up.
• Communicate with residents, staff, contractors, and management in a professional manner.
• Perform basic appliance, carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, and lighting tasks to prep apartments on schedule.
• Ensure supplies are requested and available for ongoing maintenance.
