Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial properties and systems. You will diagnose issues, repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and support safety and building operations.

Two years of relevant experience and a high school diploma are required; a valid driver’s license and basic computing skills are preferred. On-call shifts and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record; on-call or shift work possible.
• Basic computing skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on facilities.
• Assist with installation or modification of equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests promptly.
• Inspect and maintain safety and life-safety systems as needed.
