Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings and systems. You will handle plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical tasks, plus basic carpentry and safety compliance.

Must have a High School diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience; valid driver’s license required. Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or painting.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, controls, and mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Inspect for unsafe conditions and perform preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned.
• Comply with safety training, codes, and company directives.
