Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs across commercial buildings and facilities. Responsibilities include servicing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, plus safety inspections and emergency response.

The role requires basic computing skills and a valid driver's license. On-site work with opportunities for overtime when responding to priority situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting preferred.
• Basic computing skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, electrical, mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe conditions and perform preventative maintenance.
