Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with operation, troubleshooting, housekeeping, and repairs across commercial properties. You will work on building systems and grounds, performing preventive maintenance and responding to urgent service requests.

The role requires 2+ years of related property maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work across multiple trades including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, and carpentry.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance.
Experience with building systems and equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems as assigned.
