Job summary

Ralph Scott Lifeservices Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance across its facilities, vehicles, and grounds. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality while supporting daily operations and coordinating with staff and vendors.

You will maintain accurate records, participate in an on-call rotation, and help with vehicle inspections and seasonal grounds work. A valid driver’s license and basic tools are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving history.
• Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter information electronically.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs at group homes, offices, and program facilities.
• Inspect appliances, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and other assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs when needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain maintenance records and organize files.
• Schedule vehicle inspections and routine maintenance with vendors.
