RCAP Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve safe, secure living environments across our properties. The role requires on-call duties after RCAP business hours and timely emergency response.

You will perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and coordinate with vendors to keep facilities in top condition. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, previous property maintenance experience, and skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Prior property maintenance experience required.
• Must be able to work independently and respond to on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance and custodial duties at assigned site(s) as requested by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Perform basic carpentry including doors, cabinets, trim work and repairs.
• Respond to and complete service requests according to established procedures.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose problems and perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and flooring.
• Perform janitorial tasks and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Handle snow removal and maintain safe conditions during storms.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for repairs as appropriate.
• Maintain inventory and order parts; document hours and expenses.
