Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep buildings, grounds and equipment in good repair, contributing to resident and staff safety and comfort.

You will diagnose and repair equipment, use a variety of tools, and participate in on-call shifts. A high school diploma, driver’s license and certifications are required, with 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications required.
• 1+ year maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across facility buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Inspect systems for safety and identify repairs as needed.
• Use hand and power tools; maintain equipment in safe condition.
• Contribute to on-call schedule and assist with event setups.
