Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs facility maintenance and repairs to buildings and campus systems.
• Applies automotive, electrical, carpentry, and limited appliance repair skills.
• Inspects and maintains equipment to ensure safety and operation.
• Assists with welding, blueprint interpretation, and field repair techniques.
• Operates heavy-duty maintenance vehicles and equipment.
• Maintains campus grounds and provides custodial support.
