Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Tech to perform maintenance, repair, and minor construction across three buildings. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting, with on-call duties and state-wide travel.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years in industrial maintenance, a high school diploma, and preferred HVAC certification. Benefits include comprehensive health plans and a 403(b) retirement plan.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; HVAC/building maintenance cert preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building trades.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel across the state.

Aufgaben

• Oversee repairs and preventive maintenance of Gift of Hope buildings and equipment.
• Plan, organize and execute projects for building maintenance and renovations.
• Coordinate contractors and service vendors for equipment installations and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, issues and resolutions.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and on-call requirements.
