Job summary

Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region in Washington state is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain and improve our facilities. Qualifications

• Semi-skilled in several trade fields including electrical, painting, plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, and HVAC.
• Experience with work order systems such as Bluefolder preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on schedule and supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve facility conditions across WA sites.
• Complete assigned work orders using Bluefolder or similar system.
• Lead Apprentices and coworkers by example in service and efficiency.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, equipment, and fixtures to determine maintenance needs.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems.
• Follow safe work practices.
