Job summary

Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network is seeking a skilled facilities maintenance technician to perform maintenance, repair, and minor construction across its building portfolio. The role spans carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety, and security systems, ensuring facilities are properly maintained.

You will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate vendors, and support safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs across multiple trades.
• Ability to manage preventive maintenance and coordinate contractors.
• Willingness to work on-call and after-hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and building systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and improvements.
• Assist in planning and executing projects related to building maintenance and safety.
