Job summary

Gift of Hope is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform skilled maintenance, repair, and minor construction across multiple sites. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and related systems to keep facilities safe and functional.

The role requires at least 3 years in industrial maintenance, a high school diploma, and the ability to coordinate vendors and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; HVAC or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Ability to work across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair multiple Gift of Hope facilities across sites.
• Schedule and coordinate vendor visits; oversee installations and repairs.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs to ensure code compliance and safety.
