Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Technician in Blue Ash, OH to support operation, diagnostics, housekeeping and repairs on commercial properties. You will troubleshoot and service HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and perform basic carpentry and painting as needed.

The role requires 2+ years in a commercial setting, a valid driver’s license, and basic computing skills (Outlook, Excel, Word). This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs on buildings and installed systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Clean, lubricate and service pumps, valves, and related devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Perform carpentry, painting and simple finishes as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests; follow safety procedures.
• Inspect facilities for safety and operate fire/life safety systems as assigned.
