Friedman Real Estate in Blue Ash, Ohio is seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will operate, inspect, and maintain building systems including electrical, mechanical, pump, fire, plumbing, and HVAC to keep properties running safely and efficiently.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience in commercial real estate; HVAC certification is preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum of maintenance experience in building maintenance, preferably commercial real estate.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to travel between properties as necessary.
• Must have a basic set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and basic repairs.
• General maintenance of building grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment per procedures.
• Maintain operating logs and report faults or irregularities.
• Conduct periodic inspections of mechanical equipment and systems.
