Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Blue Ash, OH. The role covers operation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pump, fire, plumbing, and HVAC systems to improve efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, grounds upkeep, and preventative maintenance, with routine logging and reporting of faults. Candidates should have 3–5 years of maintenance experience and own a basic toolset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum of maintenance experience in building maintenance, experience in commercial real estate preferred.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must have basic set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders including light bulb changes and minor repairs.
• General maintenance of grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment and assist in procedures.
• Maintain operating logs and report faults or deficiencies.
• Inspect all mechanical equipment and systems.
• Other general maintenance duties as necessary.
