Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings and facilities. You will service HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of related experience, and basic computing skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems (machinery, plumbing, roofs, HVAC).
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes and paint as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
