Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Proficiency in basic work routines and standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
