Qualifications

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing physical activities.

• Strong organized approach with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Inspect and diagnose issues, implement repairs, and document results.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management and ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Ensure installations comply with codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate information clearly and follow defined procedures under supervision.
