Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years of job-related experience.
• Must be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more and perform physical tasks.
• Basic communication and organization skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, systems, and grounds.
• Uses carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and locksmithing skills as needed.
• Inspects installations for code and safety compliance and maintains lighting systems.
