Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect systems, and assist with equipment installation while following established procedures under supervision.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, energy efficiency, and accurate work-order processing, with opportunities to contribute to a team of engineers and technicians in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly by exchanging straightforward information.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures under supervision.
