You’ll support world-class facilities and work under guidance to deliver reliable outputs. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of related experience considered in lieu of a diploma.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow basic work routines.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
