Qualifications

• 2-5 years in building or electrical maintenance.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building trade knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining building, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Record time and materials in CMMS daily.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections according to schedule.
• Communicate status and issues to maintenance leadership.
• Assist in managing contractors and budgets for projects.
• Maintain housekeeping of maintenance areas and project sites.
