Community Medical Center is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician II to support the safe, efficient operation of our facilities. This role suits someone with hands-on maintenance experience and a commitment to patient care.

You will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, and document activities accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years in facility maintenance, mechanical, electrical, plumbing or HVAC.
• Ability to troubleshoot building systems with limited supervision.
• Documentation of completed work is required.
• Trade school training or maintenance-related certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building systems, grounds, equipment, and the physical plant.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life safety, and other facilities systems.
• Support systems essential to patient care operations.
• Work independently while applying sound judgment and technical knowledge.
• Document maintenance activity accurately and consistently.
• Participate in cross-training and ongoing skill development.
• Serve as a technical resource to other maintenance staff when needed.
