Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to support the maintenance team. The role focuses on preventive/corrective maintenance, safety, and reliability of building systems, with emphasis on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls.

You will assist with installations and manage work orders in CMMS. Candidates should have at least five years in commercial/industrial maintenance, EPA 608 certification (or commitment to obtain within 30 days), and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or vocational/technical school diploma preferred.
• Minimum five years of commercial/industrial facility maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Assist with system installations and repairs.
• Review and update work orders in CMMS; document work completed.
