Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee’s locations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment, train staff on proper use, and help keep our restaurants and offices running smoothly.

The role requires EPA Type I/II certification, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of service/repair experience.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II certification required.
• Minimum 2 years service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with commercial restaurant equipment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain restaurant and facility equipment to high quality standards.
• Manage truck stock inventory and billing for parts used.
• On-site maintenance: tools, equipment, and supplies handling.
• Respond to staffing shortages, emergencies, and new equipment rollouts.
• Log calls and repairs in the laptop/handheld system with time/location data.
• Inspect and maintain company van and ensure readiness 24/7.
• Notify Senior Service Tech for complex repairs or support needs.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally in all interactions.
