Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment and train staff on proper usage.

The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and possibly replacing equipment across Hardee’s facilities, ensuring uptime and efficiency. The ideal candidate has EPA Type I/II certification (Universal preferred), at least 2 years of service/repair experience, and a valid driver’s license, with refrigeration experience considered a

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid driver's license.
• EPA Type I & II Certification (Universal EPA Preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Service/Repair Experience.
• Refrigeration Experience is a plus.
• Commercial Restaurant Equipment Repair Experience is a plus.
• Good references.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Trouble-shoot, repair, and/or replace equipment, store systems, and related items per company guidelines.
• Assess when subcontracting repairs is needed based on time and cost.
• Repair restaurant and building equipment to maintain peak operation and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of truck stock and securely manage tools and materials on-site.
• Log repairs, time, location, parts, and status using company devices.
• Assist with staffing surges, emergencies, and new equipment rollouts as needed.
• Maintain company van and perform daily upkeep for rapid response (24/7).
