Qualifications

• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics; strong troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure safety standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and machinery.
