Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support general building operations and HVAC systems. The role involves inspecting, testing, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and BAS/AMS equipment, using results to keep operations running smoothly.

You will conduct tours of mechanical spaces, respond to service calls, assist with carpentry and painting as needed, and ensure safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school or related training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Inspects, tests and maintains mechanical equipment in accordance with manuals and specifications.
• Responds to service calls and supports carpentry and painting duties as needed.
