Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment at Hardee’s locations. The role includes troubleshooting, repairing, and training staff on equipment use and maintenance.

Candidates should have EPA certification, at least two years of service/repair experience, and strong references. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II Universal Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience a plus.
• Good references and ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain restaurant and building equipment to high-quality standards in a timely manner.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair, replace equipment, and document work performed.
• Train operational personnel on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain on-site tools, parts, and vehicle in safe, organized condition.
• Respond to calls 24/7, manage time and tasks with company guidelines.
