Job summary

Chevy Chase Club is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering Department. This role focuses on general and preventive maintenance across Club facilities, ensuring proper operation, safety, and appearance of building systems and equipment.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial or facilities maintenance and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related building systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in general commercial or facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Comfortable with safety policies and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventive maintenance throughout Club facilities.
• Troubleshoot and address minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and equipment issues.
• Assist with maintenance and repairs of kitchen appliances and commercial equipment.
• Perform basic painting, patching, and other building maintenance tasks.
• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
