Job summary

Chuze Fitness is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. You will keep equipment and spaces safe, functional, and clean, perform preventive maintenance, and work with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

We value 7+ years in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trades, CMMS experience, and the ability to travel between clubs. This full-time on-site role includes benefits and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in a mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trade.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Understanding of Building Management System (BMS) / Environmental Monitoring System (EMS).
• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC, Electrical, Lighting and Plumbing systems.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Team-based mentality with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel between clubs across the district.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
• Ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness of equipment and spaces.
• Collaborate with facilities team and other departments to support operations.
• Use CMMS to run reports, manage work orders and service requests.
• Oversee outsourcing for complex projects by reviewing pricing and approvals.
