Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Working knowledge in roofing, mechanical equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, or painting.
• Functional knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for members and guests.
• Identify and troubleshoot facility and fitness equipment repairs.
• Provide regular upkeep and maintenance of club property.
