Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Attendant to uphold the golf club’s facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high standards. Responsibilities include routine upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas, proactive maintenance, and coordination with department heads to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related tasks, with a focus on exceptional member and guest experiences in a luxury club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility, property maintenance, or golf club environment.
• Experience with minor repairs, painting, plumbing, or related tasks preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, electrical codes, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of indoor/outdoor club spaces.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Address electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility issues.
• Coordinate with supervisors and heads to prioritize and complete work orders.
