Bald Head Island Club is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician (Facilities) to keep our club facilities, equipment, and grounds safe and well maintained. This full-time role offers hands-on problem solving and opportunities to contribute across building systems.

You will perform general maintenance, troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, complete preventative work, and support seasonal projects in a professional team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, facilities, or handyman work.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry basics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical or structural issues.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated.

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain and repair our Club's facilities, equipment, and grounds. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and keeping buildings and systems running smoothly.

From small repairs to preventative maintenance, this position plays an important role in ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and well maintained for members, guests, and staff.

What You'll Do
