The Bald Head Island Club is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to care for our facilities, equipment, and grounds. This hands-on role focuses on keeping buildings safe, functional, and well maintained for members, guests, and staff. You’ll handle repairs, preventive tasks, and timely responses to requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, facilities, or handyman work.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry basics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical or structural issues.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Maintenance Technician (Facilities)

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain and repair our Club’s facilities, equipment, and grounds. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and keeping buildings and systems running smoothly.

From small repairs to preventative maintenance, this position plays an important role in ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and well maintained for members, guests, and staff. This position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 8 pm.

What You’ll Do
